Technology Fellowship

Adults looking to build digital literacy skills and earn online certifications to pursue professional opportunities.

(sessions are in English and Spanish)

Great opportunity to explore technology and improve your tech knowledge for entry level and advanced users alike. Our goal is to create tech savvy parents all throughout The Oakland REACH!

This course is designed to support families that are just starting with computers. Learners will have an opportunity to go through several fundamental computer topics designed to get you comfortable and ready to explore the digital universe.

Adults can choose from a $300 stipend or laptop for this course.

Classes meet once a week online (orientation in person): UPDATED

Phase 1 (In Person): Computer basics - Thursday 10/21/2021

Phase II (Online): Digital Literacy - Thursdays 5pm 10/28/2021 through 12/9/2021

Phase III (Online): Independent Learning - Varies
