Digital Paper Swap
All accepted poster presenters are kindly asked to upload their presentation here before the conference!
You can choose one of the following formats:
a 3mins/3slides video presentation (e.g., in mp4 format);
a poster in pdf or jpeg format.
Also, all attendees are welcome to share a paper through our Digital Paper Swap. Recently published papers, pre-prints, or in-progress papers are all encouraged. This gives your colleagues a chance to read your work before the preconference, facilitating conversation and connections.
Please note that, although our website is public, access to the Poster & Paper Swap drive folder is restricted. A few days before the conference, all registered attendees will receive access in order to view the presentations and papers.
Poster presenters should have already received access in order to upload their presentation. Registered attendees who would like to share a paper in our Paper Swap, can contact us so that we can provide them access too.
