Welcome!
We'd love to have you join our team this summer to train a new cohort of NYC Teaching Fellows! There are three staff positions that we're hiring for. You will find more information about those roles below, as well as links to apply.
There are a number key changes to the Fellows program this summer that you should be aware of, including the following:
Staff Training will be facilitated virtually.
Skill-Building Sessions will be facilitated virtually.
We expect that Fellows will teach in-person this summer, but we will reduce the number of Fellows in schools by clustering 6-8 at a school and matching just 2 Fellows to a Collaborative Coach.
In order to more fully align with the Culturally Responsive-Sustaining Education framework, we have replaced Teach Like A Champion as our foundational text with Management in the Active Classroom.
As the roles have changed, please select the Returning Applicant Form ONLY if you worked in that role in Summer 2018 or 2019. If not please complete a New Application Form. If you are a returning staff member to the NYC Teaching Fellows program, but are applying to a different role than you had in a previous summer, please complete a New Application Form.
