Mrs. Rettich

My name is Johanna Rettich and the 2023/24 school year is my ninth as a Warrior!  I am an intervention specialist working in the ELA Northwestern Jr./Sr. High School. Prior to Northwestern, I taught for ten years at a small school in Moraine, OH.  I enjoy music, reading, and spending time with my family.  I like to read mysteries and I am an Edgar Allen Poe fan.  My favorite places to visit include Walden Pond and Cape Cod in Massachusetts. I have been married to my husband, John, for over 20 years. We have one daughter, Izzy, and a dachshund named Poppy.

As the year progresses and we enter cold and flu season, we will be in need of extra tissues and hand sanitizer. Please feel free to send in these supplies that will then be provided to students throughout the year.
