You have the option of three different levels of sponsorship:
Level 3 - $180 - Sponsor a hole on the golf course. Only your business will be featured on the sign and there will only be 1 sign per hole. In addition, your business information will be listed on this page of our Event Website as well as on a sign at the registration table of the event.
Level 2 - $100- Sponsor half of a hole on the golf course. There will only be 1 sign per hole, but your business will only be on half of the sign. You will be paired up with another Level 2 sponsor for the other half of the sign.
Level 1 - $30 - Your business information will be listed on this page of our Event Website as well as on a sign at the registration table of the event.
If you would like to donate items to give out to the golfers you may list that under "Other" on the form.

To honor and memorialize the life of Barrett Fitzsimmons thru fun family centered events by hosting functions that raise funds to support causes that directly impacted Barrett’s hard-fought journey.
We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) charity formed after the culmination of a three-year battle with cancer. Barrett Fitzsimmons was diagnosed with stage IV hepatocellular carcinoma in May 2016 at age 6. His courageous battle with cancer has been well known through the Barrett Strong! Movement. Barrett recently finished third grade at Northwestern Elementary School. He loved playing most sports including, football, wrestling, soccer, basketball, and baseball. Barrett enjoyed fishing, video games, dinosaurs, and watching Michigan football. Barrett passed away peacefully at Dayton Children’s Hospital, surrounded by his loving family on May 28, 2019.
