MTSS Website

In Pennsylvania, MTSS is a three tier (three-level) standards-aligned framework provided to all students. The learning of ALL students is addressed early and often. The MTSS system uses researched-based instruction and interventions. Designed to support all students, this instruction increases in level of intensity to promote student success.

Perhaps the most important benefit of an MTSS approach is that MTSS is not a “wait to fail” model because all students receive instruction specific to their needs.
