Natalie Williams as the Dyslexia/Literacy Specialist for NW Arkansas supports schools and teachers in the following ways:

• professional development opportunities on site at the COOP or in district on dyslexia or literacy

• coaching support for dyslexia coordinators or interventionists

• weekly zoom office hours 

• quarterly PD for teachers at the COOP on dyslexia intervention, instruction, best practices, and latest research

• monthly meetings and support for district literacy/dyslexia coordinators regarding compliance and technical support

• provides monthly newsletter with the latest information from the state on dyslexia along with a dashboard filled with resources
