Professional Bio

I moved from Detroit to Las Vegas for economic opportunity and better weather. This is my 1st year at Coronado. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, and Administration from the University of Phoenix. I was an Operations Manager for Medco the Prescription Drug company four years before becoming a teacher. I always dreamed of becoming a teacher. I love my job. I have a Master's Degree in Special Education from Grand Canyon University. I am currently enrolled in professional development classes because I believe it is so important to study and stay current when it comes to your craft.

Personal Bio

I was born and raised in Detroit Michigan. I moved to Las Vegas for economic opportunity and better weather. I have 1 son, 1 Daughter, and 2 grandchildren. I am the oldest of 10. I love spending time with my family. In my spare time, I enjoy shopping, checking out new restaurants, binge-watching Netflix and TikTok, and going on cruises, and road trips.

I am looking forward to another great year at Coronado with an amazing group of students!
