EIT is a teacher-guided, digital curriculum for students with and without disabilities focused on helping students develop key literacy and career skills needed for the 21st Century workplace.

Edge exists to provide youth with engaging, impactful customer service training that creates a solid foundation from which to launch a career. These trainings are all available on any device, for free, to flexibly support job attainment, career advancement, and personal development. Through Edge training, youth will be better equipped to serve, assuring managers that the Edge employees they recruit and retain are more ready for their jobs. The Edge curriculum will become a national standard curriculum leveraged by anyone interested in entering the service sector in any industry; and recognized by employers as a preferred training for new hires.
Overcoming Obstacles is a free, award-winning, and research-based curriculum that provides educators with the tools to teach elementary, middle, and high school students life skills. With hundreds of activity-based lessons covering more than 30 critical social and emotional skills, students learn how to communicate effectively. They learn how to make informed decisions. They learn how to set and achieve goals, resolve conflicts, solve problems, respect one another, and more.
Skills to Pay the Bills: Mastering Soft Skills for Workplace Success," is a curriculum developed by ODEP focused on teaching "soft" or workforce readiness skills to youth, including youth with disabilities. Created for youth development professionals as an introduction to workplace interpersonal and professional skills, the curriculum is targeted for youth ages 14 to 21 in both in-school and out-of-school environments. The basic structure of the program is comprised of modular, hands-on, engaging activities that focus on six key skill areas: communication, enthusiasm and attitude, teamwork, networking, problem solving and critical thinking, and professionalism.
T-Folio is a free online transition portfolio tool for high school-age youth with disabilities. The curriculum provides facilitators with lesson plans and tips to help youth build self-determination and job-readiness skills through a series of interactive exercises.
