Question: The internet is working but I can't get to a certain website, what do I do?
Clear the Cache: The first step is to clear the cache on your Chromebook. Chrome stores bits of data from websites you visit, which can sometimes cause issues when trying to access certain sites. Click Here to watch a video on how to clear the cache on a Chromebook.
Update Chrome OS: If clearing the cache doesn't resolve the issue, check if your Chrome OS is up to date. An outdated OS can sometimes cause connectivity problems. Click Here to watch a video on how to update Chrome OS.
Re-sign into Your Profile: If the problem persists, try deleting your profile from the Chromebook and signing in again. This can help resolve any profile-related issues. Click Here to watch a video on how to delete and re-add your profile on a Chromebook.
Website Issues: If none of the above steps work, it's possible that the website itself is down or experiencing issues, in which case there's nothing more you can do.
