Meet Mrs. Zielanski and her School Counseling Program!

School Counseling Program Statement:

At Martin Luther King, Jr. Elementary School, the comprehensive school counseling program supports each and every student by providing them with access to high quality counseling services, life-readiness skills, and academic support. Guided by the values of caring, honesty, accountability, mindfulness, positivity, and success, our program ensures equitable access to a data-informed curriculum that empowers each and every students to thrive and grow.

As MLK Champions, our counseling program collaborates with families, educators, and community partners to remove barriers to learning, advocate for student success, and create a safe and inclusive environment. Through proactive services and responsive support, I help students build the knowledge, skills, and mindsets they need for lifelong learning and future readiness.
