My name is Teresa Garzon. I am proud to serve as the Family Support Advocate for J.D. Smith Middle School. I am originally from Colombia. I have learned about the American education system through my own experience as a Clark County School District parent. That journey inspired me to help other families navigate and thrive within our schools.
With 16 years of service in CCSD, I’m passionate about empowering families and building strong connections between home and school. Through the JD Smith Community Family Support Center (CFSC), I’m honored to support our community with valuable resources and learning opportunities.
