Digital Game Development is designed for the demand for technically proficient individuals with multiple skillsets ready to handle any task. The DOHS Digital Game Development program provides students wit the principles of game design and game mechanics. The curriculum include programming, story and character development, and artistic theory and concepts to develop a game. There are currently an estimated 287,200 video game designers in the United States. The video game designer job market is expected to grow by 9.3% between 2016 and 2026. In 2022, $76,200 was the average salary for a game designer.

DOHS also runs an after school club for competitive and non-competitive Esports. Club meets Fridays from 1:30pm-3:30pm
