Expectations

What do I need to do to be an athlete at Del Sol:

-Purchase an athletic packet at the banker for $25-cash only. She is there before/after school and at both lunches.

-Schedule a dr. apt for a physical-Inside the packet, there is a physical form that has to be filled by the doctor.

-Complete the remainder of the packet-ensure all signatures are complete on all pages-student and parent/guardian

-Complete Register My Athlete profile-there are instructions on how to complete this profile inside the athletic packet.

-If you do not have health insurance, you must purchase the school health insurance through Myers, Stevens, & Toohey. Applications are in the athletic office. If you fill it out online, you will receive proof/card that same day.

*Your athletic packet and your register my athlete profile must be complete in order to participate in any sport on our campus. Once you have completed both of these items and are cleared, you are good for all sports for the remainder of that school year.
