We had an online meeting using Microsoft team to discuss the implication of various ideas:

2.20pm
Discussed about previous experience
Concerns from the japanese snack box:
-Transport
-MOQ
-Packaging aesthetics/marketing
-Market for japanese snacks wasn't there

2.30pm
Looking into our own box:
-How to get supply (find directly from wholesaler and manufacturer)
-Opportunistic marketing (we have to find a way to show that we are not taking advantage)
-Additional points for the health pack:
Scented masks - pockets for scented petals
-Time lag concerns. Unsure if the pandemic will be over by the time the roll out is here

2.45pm
-Collaboration with local companies to work on our products, so we can minimise our logistics cost.
-Idea of including planting kit for box delivery (Succulent)
-Getting supply (check wholesalers) - WJ can check with someone who has sold before
-Delivery?
-Customised pots - Nelton knows a woodwork craftsman

Current plan:
We offer multiple boxes/”kits” for sale:
1. Health pack - Box including homemade sanitiser, reusable/pack of disposable masks, soap, vitamins etc
2. Home kit - Box of succulent planting kit. Cute pot, figurine, soil and plant
Sales could be in batches (i.e Batch 1, Batch 2….) where we can sell in a “kickstarter” manner. Reduces risk.

To-do:
Survey - Indication of market preference and demand
Financial estimates, budgeting
Search for suppliers, retailers, manufacturers, etc.
