CASE HISTORY

This hydrocele was a purely incidental finding in a man who died of a ruptures aortic aneurysm.

PATHOLOGY

The specimen consists of a half of the testis and dilated tunica vaginalis. The testis appears healthy. The vessels may be seen stretched across the back of the specimen.
