Qualtrics is the online survey platform used by the school. It allows the user (faculty, clinician, administrative staff and researcher) to create surveys and generate reports without having any previous programming knowledge. Qualtrics enables the user to do surveys, feedback and polls using a variety of distribution means. Results can be viewed online and can be downloaded as a CSV file.
