iLAMS is the digital solution that supports and facilitates Team-Based Learning (TBL), our school's main classroom pedagogy. The technology supporting iLAMS is the Learning Activity Management System (LAMS). LAMS is a web-based tool for designing, managing and delivering online collaborative learning activities. It provides teachers/authors with a visual design environment for creating sequences of learning activities. These activities include a range of individual tasks, small group work and class activities.
