The Digital Learning team is responsible for the design and development of digital courseware and resources, development and support of digital learning solutions, and the implementation of digital learning technologies. These includes value adding in the pre-production, production, and post-production of medical education (UME, GME, CET) videos, animated or gamified interactive content, development of secure online solutions, and so on. The team also collaborates with our industry partners to explore relevant proven technologies and invite the industry companies to showcase/present at our monthly sharing session where the school's faculty and clinicians get to know the most relevant and updated medical solutions available in the market.
We practise agile governance and responsible innovations. We like to think that our capabilities include learning design, UI/UX design, learning data analytics, online web app development, immersive tool deployment and customization, AI and machine learning, research methodologies, educational pedagogies and gamification. Though in reality, we are humbly short of the level of skillsets needed to reach our optimal performance. So, we are constantly learning new tools ourselves and are fortunate to be supported by some of the most talented interns.
Digital Transformation is a work-in-progress journey. It never ends. It requires sharp focus, clever use of resources, out of the box thinking and strong change and user management. It also requires shrewdness in how we manage technical debts that come along with digital transformation. It is a job for a team with endless energy and can-do attitudes. We believe that by adopting a shared responsibility model with all of our users (i.e. YOU), together, we can achieve the optimal outcome.
