"Fragility Of Time"
Time blossoms like Spring,
As it all flourishes Kept on a string,
We are just it’s thing,
An ephemeral toy it watches.
Time guides like Summer,
A direction, a nurture,
It leaches life, from our grasp,
Derailing it, us, from equanimity.
Time falls like Autumn,
Setting it free, letting us go,
After it’s harvest of our years,
Leaving scars and tears.
Time never freezes unlike Winter,
It keeps moving,
We just remain, wilt
Although, time has no guilt.
Each night we wither,
Further into the abyss,
Lost in malaise,
But in the end,
It doesn’t matter,
It never did.
Time is the most ruthless killer of all.
