Meet your Teacher

My name is Mrs. Portnoy (formerly Ms. Roffo) and I am a Special Education Teacher at Gillette Road Middle School. I have taught both 5th and 6th grade Resource and CTD classes at Gillette Road Middle School and I enjoy teaching the littles at the North Syracuse Early Education Program over the summer!

I received both my Bachelor's and Master’s Degree's from Le Moyne College and am dual certified in both Special Education (Birth-12th grade) and Childhood Education (Birth - 6th grade).
