• Assignment - Working by yourself or with a partner, after reading the "Going Green Trends" article (https://www.franchisehelp.com/industry-reports/green-industry-report/), complete the "Going Green Trends" Assignment.

Week 3 - Current Trends

• Discuss the Marketing Work/Study Program.
• Assignment - Working by yourself or with a partner, read the Top Ten Customer Service Trends of 2017 and the Zappos Company description (https://www.forbes.com/sites/shephyken/2017/01/07/10-customer-service-and-customer-experience-cx-trends-for-2017/#8b48c5275e58) &(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zappos.com)
• Assignment - After reading the links above about customer service and Zappos, complete the three parts of the assignment working by yourself or with a partner.

Week 4 - Economics

• Present What's In the News #1.
• Complete the Chapter 1 Outline.
• Review Chapter 1 Outline.
• Assignment - "Chapter 1 Assessment" working by yourself or with a partner complete the three questions that relate to Chapter 1 in the textbook.

Week 5 - Economics

• Finish the Chapter 1 Assessment.
• Create an Economic Systems Chart on the paper provided based on Page 44 of the Textbook.

• Review the five links below on the United States' economic indicators and be ready to present your assigned link/website to the class.
• Assignment - Economic Indicators - Working individually or with a partner, complete the five questions based on the indicator assigned (See Related Files).
• Finish and present the Economic Indicators Assignment.

Week 6 - Current Trends & Economics

• Complete the Chapter 2 Outline (See Related Files).
• Review the Chapter 2 Outline and staple the Economic Systems Chart to the Chapter 2 Outline.
• Assignment - Using both your Chapter 2 Outline and your Economic Systems chart, complete the "Chapter 2 Assessment" Parts I - V. (See Related Files).
• Assignment - You will be assigned one of the five major events that occurred and be required to research the domestic and international economic impact the event had (both negative and positive). Once the research is completed, be ready to present your findings to the class (See Related Files).

• Present the five major events and their economic impact.

This two part assignment entails listing all of the mistakes Disney made along with solutions to those mistakes.

Week 36 - Case Study & Post-Assessment
