BOOK CHECK-OUT
All students are allowed to have TWO books checked out at a time.
If your student does not return their book(s), they may not check out another one. If they return 1 of their 2 books, they may checkout 1 book.
Books may be renewed unlimited times, as long as another student is not waiting.
If your student tells us they returned it, we will make EVERY effort to find the book before the day is over, giving them the most opportunity to bring a book home.
If we cannot locate the book, we cannot allow them to check out a book.
Books for school projects will be decided on a case-by-case basis.
MISSING BOOKS
We only send notices home to remind students and parents what book they are missing--NOT to request money for the book.
Any books missing at the end of the year, we do ask that the book is replaced with the same book OR a similar book. We do accept gently used books as a replacement.
