Class Overview
Welcome to 5th Grade! In Math, we will learn about adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing fractions, decimals, and whole numbers. We will improve our writing abilities through Narrative, Opinion, and Informational pieces. In Social Studies, we will explore the events leading up to the Revolution as well as the American Revolution itself. During Science, we will explore Earth and Space, in addition to States of Matter and Gravity. We'll read TONS of awesome books together and create our own classroom community!
