4-H Has Heart is a project that started when I was younger. The project started with just my family and I making Valentines Day Cards in my living room for just one nursing home and has now expanded all over the U.S. and even outside of it.

During Christmas nursing home residents get all of the attention they could ever want. However by the time Valentines comes around no ones coming to hang out with them or do fun things with them. That's why this project is so important. Without the cards and crafts we give to them they would feel forgoten.

"Mom was in nursing home last year, received one with a lovely note. She kept it we got to bring her home and that card is on her refrigerator to this day. Great job. Was a great pick me up for an old lady in rehab."
