For Spirit Week 2018, the student council planned a week of fun and creative days, filled with school spirit. This year we celebrated Color Wars, Culture Day, Hawaii Day, Decades Day, and Blue and Gold Day.
For Color Wars, the seniors came out in full force with their black attire. The Juniors represented their class in all white. The Sophomores celebrated with bright and bold red outfits. And, finally, the Freshmen showed off their school spirit in purple.
On Culture Day, we enjoyed representation from around the globe. Students wore outfits that showed off their heritage and culture. We saw incredible flags and outfits from our proud and diverse community.
Next, we hula-danced right into Hawaii Day. Students and teachers alike indulged in the tropical fashion. We represented with leis, flower crowns, and Hawaiian shirts.
Decades Day was a blast from the past, with fashion from the 90’s, 80’s, 70’s, 60’s, and 50’s. We saw bobby soxers in their poodle skirts, 80’s icons in their leg warmers, and hippies walking the halls.
Lastly, we ended the week with Blue and Gold Day and the Pep Rally. Everyone showed off their school spirit together in the gymnasium, where we enjoyed entertainment, games, and showed our pride for all of our senior athletes.
