Nova Technologies is continuously looking for qualified candidates to fill new and upcoming Loadmaster Instructor positions on the C130J MATS program. If you are interested in a future opening in any of the locations listed below, please submit your application for consideration.

The Loadmaster Instructor will provide instructor training in multiple environments (classroom, simulator, aircraft, etc.) for Loadmasters in the proper loading, securing and escorting of cargo and passengers. Manage the curriculum and training process to include student counseling, recordkeeping, safety and equipment maintenance, process improvement, and specific certified training courses.
