Hi! I’m Camílle—IBCLC, Holistic Health Coach, Functional Chef, Childbirth Educator, and Birth Doula—passionate about walking alongside families through every stage of feeding and postpartum care. With over a decade of experience, I’ve supported hundreds of families and babies—from preemie multiples and babies with feeding tubes or hip dysplasia, to those with tongue, lip, and cheek ties. My care is always individualized, practical, and deeply rooted in compassion.
I provide in-home and virtual consults for lactation and formula feeding, including support for low supply, oversupply, engorgement, mastitis, oral restrictions, and more. I also specialize in working with families navigating thyroid imbalances and insulin resistance—helping them understand how these conditions may affect milk production, energy levels, and postpartum recovery. I support families preparing to return to work by creating personalized pumping plans, helping navigate milk storage guidelines, and protecting your supply while maintaining your feeding goals.
As a former sleep trainer, my approach to sleep shaping is developmentally respectful and rooted in the baby’s age-appropriate capacity for self-regulation. I educate parents on practicing patience and compassion while creating an environment that supports healthy sleep habits during what is the most rapid period of growth in a baby’s life. I help establish gentle, healthy wake window rhythms that lead to better rest—for both baby and parent.
My background as a birth doula and childbirth educator allows me to assess how your specific birth experience—whether straightforward or complex—might be influencing your breastfeeding journey. This whole-picture approach helps us customize a plan that truly supports your physical recovery and feeding goals.
I also offer consults for transitioning to solids, weaning, teething, and introducing formula—providing continuity of care through the first year and beyond. I work closely with partners and caregivers, teaching them how to bottle feed in a breast-supportive way, prepare and wash bottles, burp your baby, and support your feeding goals with confidence. Not everyone has someone in their life who has breastfed, and I love being that knowledgeable, judgment-free guide in your corner.
As a Functional Chef, I support postpartum healing with nutrient-dense meals, galactagogues, and essential minerals to help prevent depletion—education I believe should begin in pregnancy. I can’t overemphasize the power of prenatal lactation prep in giving you clarity, confidence, and a strong foundation before baby arrives. It’s one of the most impactful steps you can take to feel empowered from day one.
My mission is always to empower you—not to judge your feeding choices, but to protect the integrity of your breast health, your mental and physical wellbeing, and the bonding experience you deserve to create on your own terms.
