OUR FOUNDATION AND ORDINANCE
The Diplomat Center is submitted preeminently to the lordship of Jesus Christ. To steward this divine mandate, we operate under the highest earthly standards of excellence, guided by Divine Empowerment International (DEI) and the Kingdom Development Network (KDN)
DEI DECLARATION OF FAITH
We believe thet Jesus Christ is the son of the living God. We believe and confess that Jesus Christ is the foundation, the chief connerstone, and the rock on which the church is established, which is the true gospel of Jesus Christ. We acknowledge Jehovah God the father, Jesus Christ the son, and the Holy Spirit coexisting as one. We confess our faith and belief of the incarnation of Jesus Christ by way of the Holy Spirit. We believe in the power of Jesus Christ atonement for our sins, His ressurection, and His ascension into heaven. As members of the body of Christ, we, being the true church, confess, and embrace the fact that salvation only comes through Jesus Christ and no other. Without Him the church can not stand as a place of redemption.

Our mission at Divine Empowerment International is to IMPACT the world by sharing the gospel to every nation. We will accomplish and fulfill our mission by engaging in the following: Evangelism. About our Founders
Dr. Kevin D. and Sheila B. Robinson are the Founders of Divine Empowerment International, which together they planted in January 2006. He serves as the current Executive Senior Pastor while she serves as the Executive Administrative Pastor.
H.E. Apostle Dr. Kevin D. Robinson, MCGI, CSLM (Presiding Authority): He provides the strategic governance and diplomatic framework for the Diplomat Center. He ensures our curriculum meets global standards for strategic leadership and international protocol.
Apostle Robinson is also the founding Presiding Prelate of the Kingdom Development Network, mentoring leaders globally to excel in ministry, marketplace, and beyond. He also serves as Director of Multicultural Affairs for the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, he champions inclusivity and empowerment within the faith communities.
Pastor Sheila B. Robinson, Prophet (Co-Founder): She anchors the Diplomat Center's operations with over 20 years of proven executive leadership with her expertise in Executive Administration, with over 18 years in the Professional Tax and Finance arena she ensures our institution operates with absolute fiscal integrity and sustainable growth.
The strength of The Diplomat Center lies in the balance of visionary diplomacy and operational excellence between them both.
Dr. Kevin is a North Carolina native and they reside in city of Fayetteville, where they met over 26 years ago. Prophet Sheila was born in Georgia while shortlty after, her family moved to Pennsylvania, then after graduating highschool she moved to NC. They have been married for over 23 years and are the proud parents of eight children and currently grandparents of eleven.
