The IP Club is a weekly activity where we host a debate just like the ones in the United Nations, in English of course! We discuss several topics, covering all sorts of current issues including human rights, politics, environment, health, technology, security… Every week a different topic is chosen, and everyone is assigned a country, whose viewpoint they have to defend. Everyone does research about  the country's opinion on the issue, which measures it has taken to tackle it, how the issue affects its citizens… Obviously, all the debates are conducted in a diplomatic manner, just like a real delegate from the UN would do it.

Moreover, we are not only a debate club, but also a place where people will be able to practice their English, improve public speaking skills, be aware of what is going on around the world and meet new people.

Potentially, you will be able to travel to Germany or Romania, being part of the MUN project, which simulates a UN session with students from all over the world.
