Happy May!

Thank you parents for all that you are doing to help your child learn at home. This has been challenging, but I am so thankful to have a group of supportive and positive parents on this journey with my students and myself. THANK YOU!

Below you will see four PDF documents you can download and print for the month of May. They are available (Monday (9:30-5:00) to pick up at the school. Look for the signs that say "Taylor & Preattle 1st Gr. Reading."

May 11th - 15th is our "Beach Week." I will post ideas of things you can do around your house that go along with the beach theme to make learning a little more exciting/fun for your child at home.

The administration informed us that the last week of school (May 25th - 28th) will be a week to make up work and/or turn in assignments. We already had that week planned out and copied prior to the announcement so it is included in the packet, however it is not required.

Wednesday = "Read Somewhere Weird Wednesday!"
