The vision of the Library Learning Commons is to defend intellectual freedom and create a student centered environment that ensures equal access to a variety of media, fosters a love of reading through advocacy opportunities, encourages creativity and collaboration in makerspace and research technology, and empowers students to think critically and find their voice as citizens in a 21st century competitive society.
