Mrs. Farris

 Before moving to Minong, I taught first grade for 17 years and second grade for 1 year.  Here at Northwood, I have managed the after-school program, taught pre-K, middle school and high school math, and driver education.

This is my second year teaching fifth grade, and I could not be happier for this opportunity. I am so excited to get to know and teach each of my students. 

About me:

*I was married in 1989 to Bill Farris. We have two grown children, Kyle and Molly. Kyle and his wife, Vicky live in La Crosse. They just had a baby boy in July! Molly and her husband, Pete live in Duluth. They have a 3 year old girl named Genevieve and also had a baby boy born in July! 

* I am grandma to 3-year-old Genevieve and two new born boys!  <3

* I enjoy cooking, exercising, reading, and working in the yard. Surprisingly, I enjoy cleaning and organizing things.
