 NRCSD has Partnered with Urgent Care on 

Rte. 9w in West Haverstraw (Wendy's). NR Athletes can receive a physical free of charge. The paperwork can then be uploaded during the online registration or emailed/handedto the nurse.

- click the family profile tab at the top

-scroll down the page to see your entries

- if your entry says approved, you are cleared, if it is blank or says not approved you can see remarks as to what you are missing.
