Pathways
The mission of the North Rockland Pathways Center is to provide a distinctive blend of mental health and academic services through a fully integrated, personalized program. We are dedicated to implementing culturally responsive and inclusive mental health and behavioral supports, committed to enhancing care, improving outcomes, addressing trauma, and fostering string academic habits.
The primary objective is to assist and support learners in grades K - 12, within a short term secure environment. We are guided by evidence-based approaches and tailor-made support tools and practices to ensure every students realizes their full potential.
Intensive mental health and academic support provided by:
Therapeutically Trained Behavior Intervention Specialist
School psychologists, counselors and social workers
Certified elementary teachers
Certified secondary teachers in each of the major content areas (Math, Science, English, Social Studies)
Individualized Care
Tailored treatment plans emphasizing clinical, social and emotional, and behavioral strategies
Transition and Reintegration
Equip students with skills and strategies to re-enter their community school
Wraparound Services
Dedicated team of professionals focusing on creating a structured environment for student success
