Nikki Adams - Counseling Center Secretary
Mrs. Adams is the friendly voice at the other end of the phone and handler of huge volume of correspondence. Mrs. Adams is married with three grown children and four grandchildren. Mrs. Adams enjoys camping, spending time with her husband, children and grandchildren. Mrs. Adams and her husband travel at times to show their Rottweiler in Sieger Shows. Rebekah Skaroupka - Registrar
Mrs. Skaroupka is the Registrar for the Northmont District for Grades 9-12 along with their younger siblings. She also maintains all of our student records and sends transcripts for graduates. She is married to Scott and has three daughters who attend Northmont and MVCTC. Mrs. Skaroupka's first career was in Veterinary medicine so she has many pets including her favorite Great Dane, Bubba. Taylor Jackson - Counselor
Mrs. Jackson serves students with the last names A - D. Her responsibilities include the PSAT and the ACT. She also looks over the Senior Experience, Senior Exit Survey, Student Selections and the high school profile. This is her fourth year at Northmont High School. Prior coming to Northmont, Mrs. Jackson served as a Counselor at Fairborn High School and worked as a Paraprofessional at Morton Middle School at Vandalia-Butler City Schools. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two children, and two dogs. She holds her B.S. in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Ohio University and her M.S. in Education from Wright State University. Amy Peters - Counselor
Mrs. Peters serves students with last names E-Ki. ACT Coordinator, college planning, and the End of Course testing are some of her tasks. She is in her 26th year at Northmont after serving as an English teacher in North Carolina and Tippecanoe Junior High and as a counselor at Milton-Union High School. She is an avid dog lover, enjoys working out, shopping, reading and the activities of her two daughters and one son. Erica Marsden - Counselor
Mrs. Marsden assists students whose last name begins with Kj-Ro. Her areas of responsibilities include scholarship coordinator, website postings, senior recognition program, financial aid night, FAFSA, student awards and tech prep coordinator. She is in her 19th year as a high school counselor. Mrs. Marsden enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and sports. Jennifer Howard - Counselor
Ms. Howard serves students with last names beginning Rp-Z. She also coordinates the following programs: Miami Valley Career Technology Center (MVCTC), College Credit Plus (CCP), Student to Student Tutoring, and Link Crew. Ms. Howard loves an adventure and is currently working on visiting all fifty states and as many countries as possible. She enjoys reading, music, good coffee, and spending time with friends and family. Ms. Howard holds a Bachelor's degree in Middle Childhood Education from Ohio University, a Master's degree in American History and Government from Ashland University, and a Master's degree in School Counseling from the University of Dayton.
