4th Semi-Annual Competition
Business Management students design a food truck business in this competitive simulation. Management students design the marketing campaign, price the menu, and develop their food concepts. Then, they team up with Culinary students to compete in a one-day food competition for High School Staff.

NHHS Culinary Goes to Disney!
In April 2017, students from Mrs. Planinshek's Culinary class competed with high schools students across the country at Disney's Epcot park! Students spent 4 days exploring the park, touring the facilities, and having a blast! We will be returning this year, 2018, with a new set of students. We look forward to continuing this tradition year after year.
