Class overview
Students in fourth and fifth grade will take on the great challenge of learning a musical instrument. Together with their support system at home, they will learn to play beautiful music in their two years in the TVES band. Students will feel the amazing reward of working hard as a group and then putting on concerts to show their community all that they can achieve.

About me
Mr. Ryan Bisson started playing the trombone in his fourth grade band, and has played ever since. He has played in many bands and orchestras throughout New England in his 10+ years as a professional trombonist. He also had a CD of trombone music release in 2024 called "Awakening". You can find it on any streaming service. His favorite instrument to teach to new students is the flute, which always poses a challenge, but is incredibly rewarding. If Mr. Bisson is not playing his trombone, you can find him out in nature practicing his rock climbing, or at home with his amazing wife Mrs. Bisson and beautiful dog Pearl.
