Recruitment processes differ depending on specific positions and/or hiring teams. However, they tend to include the following three main stages and usually don’t exceed any more than five steps.
Stage 1. Get to Know You
The goal of the first step is to get to know each other better. So during that, we talk more about the role and ask you to share your story. The first interview usually takes up to 1 hour and is led by a Recruiter or a TA Partner, with Hiring Manager joining in some cases.
Stage 2. Technical Evaluation
We test each applicant's technical knowledge and problem-solving ability through various assessments.
The evaluation can take different forms, such as a home task, a technical discussion (up to 1.5 h), a live coding session (up to 1.5 h), and so on. In some cases, our candidates can pick the type of technical evaluation they prefer.
Stage 3. Meet the Team
The final step is for you to meet the team, discuss your task, and dig deeper into the role you’re applying for. If everyone’s happy with the result, the closing step will be the offer. During this meeting with the team, you may further discuss your technical task, dig deeper into the details of the position and the team’s daily life, and/or have a casual chat just to get to know the people you would be working with. It usually takes up to 1 hour.
