Welcome to Medsly! These Terms of Use ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, define the rules for accessing and using the app. Please read them carefully before continuing.
Agreement to Terms
By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not accept them, please discontinue use. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
1. License to Use
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:
* Copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app
* Use the app for unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activities
2. Data Collection and Use
We may collect limited technical and usage data, including:
* Device model, operating system version, and diagnostic information
* Anonymous interaction data related to dose tracking and reminder features
All collected data is anonymized and used solely to improve performance, stability, and user experience.
3. App Functionality
Medsly is designed to help you and your family stay on top of medications through reminders and dose tracking by:
* Marking doses as taken in one tap and tracking daily progress
* Sending notifications for each medication on daily, twice-daily, weekly, or fully custom schedules
* Managing separate medication lists for multiple family members from a single app
* Reviewing a complete dose history filtered by taken or missed, and exporting a PDF report
* Adding medications with custom doses, times, start and end dates, pill colors, and notes
Medsly is a reminder and tracking tool only. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or replace guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. Always follow your doctor's or pharmacist's instructions regarding your medications.
4. Subscription & Payments
Some features may require a subscription or in-app purchase.
* Medsly offers a weekly plan with a 3-day free trial and a yearly plan for full unlimited access
* Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal
* Payments are processed securely through Apple's in-app purchase system
5. Updates
We may release updates to improve features, enhance performance, or fix issues. Continued use of the app after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Medsly does not guarantee that reminders will be delivered in all circumstances, including situations where device notifications are disabled or interrupted. We are not responsible for damages or losses resulting from missed doses or the use or inability to use the app.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are violated or if harmful, fraudulent, or illegal behavior is detected.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable local laws. Any disputes will be resolved under the appropriate jurisdiction.
