The Rapid Circuit Design event challenges participants to test their quick thinking and hands-on circuit-building skills.
Round 1: Participants will be provided with a list of components and must pick them from a container filled with mixed hardware components within a specified time. The participant who successfully picks all the required components will advance to Round 2.
Round 2: In this round, participants will receive a circuit diagram that includes components from Round 1. They must then assemble the circuit according to the diagram within the given time frame.
Evaluation Criteria:
1. Speed (30%): ○ How quickly participants pick the required components in Round 1. ○ Time taken to assemble the circuit in
Round 2. 2. Accuracy (40%): ○ Correctness of the components picked in Round 1. ○ Precision in following the circuit diagram in
Round 2. 3. Circuit Functionality (20%): ○ The assembled circuit must be functional and meet the requirements specified in the diagram.
4. Presentation (10%): ○ Participants should clearly explain the circuit setup during Round 2, demonstrating their understanding of the design.
