HackSprint-25, organized by Nalla Malla Reddy Engineering College (NMREC), is a National Level Hackathon set to take place on 28th March 2025 at the NMREC campus. This event aims to bring together talented minds from across the country to ideate, innovate, and inspire through groundbreaking solutions. With a ₹50,000 grand prize pool, participants will compete in various domains, including Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning , Cyber Security , Embedded Systems, Robotics, Internet of Things , and Sustainability & Climate Change. The hackathon is open to teams of 2 to 4 members, with a registration fee of ₹1000 per team. Interested participants can register by scanning the QR code provided on the event poster.

With a strong background in troubleshooting, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, G. Pramod Kumar has successfully led high-performing teams and implemented innovative solutions to enhance technical support operations.
Currently pursuing PhD in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Department at SR University, G. Pramod Kumar specializes in resilient data recovery strategies and cybersecurity innovations. Their research, titled "Resilient Data Recovery: Strategies and Innovations in Cybersecurity," explores cutting-edge techniques to enhance data recovery resilience against cyber threats. To date, G. Pramod Kumar has published five research papers in different streams, including two cybersecurity-focused papers during their PhD and three prior to starting the PhD.
Holding an M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Sam Higginbottom Institute of Science and Technology and an M.Sc in Computer Science from Shri Ramananda Teerth Marathwada University, G. Pramod Kumar combines academic expertise with extensive industry experience.

Kishore Reddy Konda is a seasoned AI researcher and industry leader specializing in machine learning, computer vision, and deep learning. As the Director of AI at NexusIQ Solutions, he spearheads AI-driven consulting, product development, and research initiatives.
With extensive experience as a Lead AI Researcher at Sainapse Inc. and a mentor at INSOFE, Kishore has contributed to advancements in recommendation systems, data quality management, and AI applications in medicine and industrial automation. His research journey includes a PhD from Goethe University Frankfurt, focusing on unsupervised feature learning, activity recognition, and visual perception in robotics.
A prolific researcher with multiple publications at top conferences like NIPS and ICLR, Kishore brings expertise in neural networks, generative AI, and reinforcement learning.
