Kendra Wilson-Smith - Humanities
Kendra Wilson-Smith is an eighteen year veteran of teaching with a plethora of varied experience, including teaching for the United States Peace Corps in Poland 1992-1994, on the Navajo reservation, and Rio Rancho Public Schools. She is Level III teacher with a bachelor's degree in English-Education from Northern Illinois University and a Master's in Education from The University of New Mexico. She believes in multi-intelligence education which allows students to be assessed in numerous ways.
Ewen Wright - Film Production, Film History & Scriptwriting
Ewen Wright was born in raised in Albuquerque. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College where he focused on Film/Video production, performance, and creative writing. He is the director of Cool Cat Productions, an local independent production company in Albuquerque which makes original comedic works. He performs around town as a comedic improvisor, public speaker/M.C., clown, or stage performer. Additionally he performs in independent local movies. He has been at MACCS from the beginning, and has taught/teaches Film/Video Production, Film History, and Screenwriting.

Pat Kelly - Business Administrator
I received my Accounting degree from the University of NM in 2002 while playing basketball for the Lobos. I have been a Business Manager for charter schools for 7 years and truly enjoy working in an education setting. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my wife and dogs, golfing and bird hunting.
Alicia Faulds - Guidance Counselor
Ms. Faulds comes to MACCS as the new school counselor. She studied in AZ for her B.A. and in California earning a M.A. in Counseling Psychology through the Drama Therapy program at CIIS. Ms Faulds has roots and family in FL but loves the state of NM and made it her home in 2008. She has received her license as a Mental Health Counselor in NM. Ms. Faulds has a background in theater, has a propensity for creativity and loves to work with teenagers. She will be working to gather resources for academic success for students while at MACCS and assisting them in post-graduation choices. Ms. Faulds is available to students for both personal and academic counseling.

Daniel Serrano, Prior to working here; worked at APS for two years as E.A. and Campus Security Aid, and one year in Colorado Springs SD-11. Have an Associate Degree from CNM in Electronics Technology and was a 'student employee' as a Per-Mentor & computer lab assistant and Security Aid/Escort. While at CNM took a Student Leadership Development Seminars. Also, an SAG-Eligible Actor, being involved in film industry for a couple of years. Participated in Breaking Bad, Crash, Far from Ascension and several un-credited roles.

Glenna Voigt
Glenna Voigt was born in Kunsan, South Korea and has had many life experiences that have guided her towards becoming an Educator. Coming to MACCS with 6 years of Educational Administration & Leadership and 7 years of teaching and coaching, Ms.Voigt is invigorated by the unique learning opportunites that MACCS presents for it's students, staff and community. Being at MACCS reminds her of her fondest memory of school, which was making a Super 8 film for a project in her 7th grade Language Arts class. Students were excited to be able to work on a project that wrapped around their content area. This is the focus of MACCS, and it's proving great results for student learning. Ms. Voigt has an MA in Educational Leadership from NMHU, and is an active reader and traveller. She also enjoys soccer, golf and her bull terrier, named "Cesar".
