At the end of this lesson, your students will be able to turn in assignments in Google Classroom.
You turn in your work online in Classroom. Depending on the type of assignment and attachments, you’ll see Turn in or Mark as Done.
You can turn in an assignment by going to the "Classwork" section of your classroom and clicking "View Assignment".
If you need to attach a file, you can click "Add" or "Create" and add or create a new file.
If your teacher has already attached a file for you to work with, you can open it from this page.
When you are ready to submit, click "Turn In" and confirm. You will see the status of the assignment has changed to "Turned In".
Once you have submitted an assignment, you will not be able to make any changes to it unless you unsubmit it.
To do that, you can find the assignment in "Classwork" and then click the "unsubmit" button.
Once you have finished editing and making any changes, don't forget to "Turn In" the assignment again!
Now, have your students use the steps they have learned to turn in a sample assignment and try unsubmitting it as well.
