Hi! I have been the Family Studies Teacher at Gander Collegiate for the past 8 years, and have been teaching all over the island for the past 19 years. This year I am teaching Textiles/ Nutrition 3101, and also returning to Learning Resource Teacher position.  I was born and raised in Gander and I am thrilled to be teaching at my old High School. I received a Bachelor of Arts from St. FX University, a Bachelor of Education from MUN, and a Masters of Education from MUN. 

I love coming to work with such incredible students and I am lucky to be able to teach them hands on activities as well as life skills. I'm looking forward to growing our Learning Commons this year with the help and ideas of my fantastic students.

When I'm not teaching you'll most likely find me at home cooking, crafting, reading, and spending time with my family.
