Regional Talent Acquisition Manager responsible for leading a team of 9 Senior Recruiter and 1 Supervisor. Primary focus is veterinary doctor recruitment in the Midwest, Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Heidi has successfully developed recruiters with no prior background in veterinary recruitment into strategic talent acquisition partners to support doctor hiring. She is well adept in workforce planning, recruitment metrics, recruitment and sourcing strategy, hiring manager engagement and partnership, on-campus recruitment, virtual events including career fairs and CE, as well as employer marketing and employer branding. I've also help build the internal doctor database. I've had oversight of new hospital openings and well as hiring for remote hard to fill areas. Heidi leads the Job Coaches through oversight of programing, marketing and working with community partners.
