All applicant scholars shall take the Scholar's Entrance Examination and shall be ranked according to their respective scores.
The school has the right to determine the number of scholars to be awarded and the list of successful scholar applicants shall be released and posted on the second or third week of year.
Freshmen students who were awarded scholarships should maintain the required general average at the end of each school year to continuously avail of the scholarship in the succeeding years of stay at Nineveh Academy. Poor academic performance and/ or failure to meet the criteria would mean forfeiture of the scholarship for the following school year.

If a student was not able to maintain the required grade for the scholarship grant that he/she received upon admission to the first-year level, the student will totally lose the opportunity and will no longer be able to recover the same level of scholarship.
