Admission Procedure

1. Register at online registration_nineveh academy 2024 .

2. Fill out the required information and upload the following in the form:

• For NEW STUDENTS:

  • Form 138 (Report Card)

  • Original PSA/ NSO

  • Medical Certificate

  • latest 2x2 colored ID picture (with white background) 

• For OLD STUDENTS:

  • Form 138 (Report Card)

3. Click the “Submit” button after filling out the form to proceed. 

The Guidance Coordinator will email/ text the applicant for the entrance examination and interview schedule. These are conducted face-to-face in the school. You must bring all the requirements you have submitted online. Incomplete requirements will not be processed. 

During the schedule of the entrance examination, the applicant needs to pay the corresponding fee amounting to ₱ 250.00.

For transferees and new students from public schools for incoming Senior High School, the entrance examination is FREE. 

Once the result of the entrance examination is out, the student-applicant can now enroll at the school. Student-applicant will proceed to the cashier for the payment of fees.
