Hierarchy in Education

Practical World is very different from the world we expect. When it comes to "Education for All", the former point is strengthened. Despite different problems associated with education in present society like substandard teaching, outdated syllabus, poor scrutinizing, there is also caste biases regards education to particular communities. Education too, didn't survive from this hierarchical view of people. Preoccupied caste based view of education is a hazard for society.

Unequal view of children in schools upsets the interest of enthusiastic students to learn. Poor Gross Enrollment Ratio can indicate such case. Also abandoning education facilitates juvenile crimes against society. Such views repeatedly increase separatist ideas in victims.

Commercialization of Education is being evolved as a seed for such biased social view. It modifies education into private and government, leaving a view of substandard feeling in latter than former. Commercialization made necessary free education of government as downgraded. Thus resulted wealth, as a criteria for education & opportunities.

When it comes to higher education, again there starts hierarchical ordering of subjects, branches and also the people who choose them. This view facilitates wealth as a criteria to get required specialization. Eventually this view results in a pool of unemployed youth belonging to same sector. This view of choosing subjects dulls diversity of growth, employment in the economy.

It is evidently clear that, there is huge diversity of problems within the view of people on education. Problems of Education system is far from it. Need of psychological change in mindset of people who are buried down by caste hegemony. This could be possible by alleviating such margin of differences between poor and rich, high caste and low caste with help of secular, intellectual harmony in education system.
