This diversified autonomy endures stability of the political system of our Nation. It ameliorates accountability, performance, efficiency, responsiveness of the Government Planning in administration from it's snail's pace. It facilitates in solidarity to our Indian Diversity.

However participation in societal affairs, civic consciousness in people is lacking in present advanced societies. Also owing to rapid urban migration, urbanisation, people's participation in Gram Sabhas showing a decline. Since then, the scope of politics, corruption entered into play. This opportunity of maintaining transparency, given by this system is drained by people with involvement in monetary-politics rather sustainable-welfare.

Only way by which quality of democracy including local self government sustains in welfare promotion is by civic consciousness, applied education, community mobilisation.
